In this role as a Rituals Customer Service Agent, you serve as the listening ear and voice of Rituals. Your primary channels of assistance include phone, social media, and email. Your approach is marked by a genuine desire to provide helpful responses infused with a generous dose of personal attention. Whoever the customer is, you give them that relaxed Rituals feeling. Sometimes by reassuring them (‘no, of course we don’t test our products on animals!’), sometimes by suggesting a great alternative. After all, helping customers isn’t just a job for you—it’s your favourite ritual.

You’ll begin with a 4-day training at Rituals HQ and the Cygnific office in Amsterdam or Enschede. After your training you can always count on your colleagues for questions or help; even when you work from home, our troubleshooters are here for you!

• You have at least a higher general secondary education or secondary vocational education degree.
• German and English flow smoothly from your mouth and keyboard.
• You are flexible in working hours and available for 24 – 40 hours a week.
• You have creative and customer directed writing skills.
• You are service-oriented, have a talent for teamwork and excellent communication skills.
